Template League is a paid leaderboard for website templates. A completed bid gives a listing the highest position its total paid value can reach. Rank is not a quality score, recommendation or endorsement.

By using the site or paying for a position, you agree to these Terms, the Rules and the Privacy policy. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate information.

You may submit only a genuine public template listing that you are authorised to promote. You are responsible for its accuracy, availability, price, rights and compliance with the Rules.

You allow Template League to display the public listing information needed for the leaderboard, including its name, creator, platform, preview, price and link.

A bid pays for leaderboard position, not a fixed period, number of clicks, sales or permanent rank. Other completed bids can move a listing down. Starting checkout does not reserve a position.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Bids are normally non-refundable once placement begins. The refund cases, effect on rank and payment-error treatment are set out in the Rules.

Template League sends visitors to third-party marketplaces and creator sites. We do not control those sites or sell, deliver, license, support or guarantee their templates. Any template purchase is between you and its seller or marketplace.

• False, misleading, duplicate, unlawful, infringing or non-template listings.
• Artificial clicks, automated abuse, payment fraud or attempts to manipulate the board.
• Interfering with the service, testing its security without permission or using it to harm others.

We may change, pause or stop parts of Template League to maintain the service, prevent abuse or respond to legal and operational needs. We will try to correct material placement or payment errors fairly, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

We may reject, suspend or remove a listing or block use of the service when these Terms or the Rules are broken, the listing becomes unavailable or action is needed to protect users, payments or the service.

Template League is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost sales, lost traffic or problems caused by a third-party listing, marketplace, payment provider or service outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another right. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
